The duration of an eyelash service can vary depending on the type of treatment you choose. Generally, lash extensions can take between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, while a lash lift or tint typically takes around 1 hour. We recommend allowing extra time for your appointment to ensure a thorough consultation and application process.

Yes, our skilled specialists are here to guide you in choosing the right eyelash treatment based on your eye shape, natural lash condition, and personal preferences. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your desired look and recommend the best options to achieve it.

To maintain your beautiful lashes, we recommend avoiding water, steam, and excessive heat for the first 24 hours after your service. Besides, use a gentle cleanser to clean the area around your eyes and avoid oil-based products that can break down the adhesive. Regularly brushing your lashes with a clean spoolie will help keep them looking their best.

Our eyelash services may not be ideal for sensitive eyes. However, if you would still like to proceed, we can perform a patch test on the skin behind your ear to check for any reaction. Please let our specialists know about any sensitivities or allergies during your consultation so we can ensure your comfort and safety.

For lash lift and tint, it’s generally not recommended to wear mascara. However, if you choose to use mascara, opt for a non-waterproof, water-based formula and wait at least 24 hours after the service to allow the adhesive to fully set. For lash extensions, we advise avoiding any type of mascara, as it can affect the longevity and appearance of the extensions.

Some eyelash treatments can be booked together in a single visit. For instance, a lash lift can be combined with a lash tint, and lash extensions or a lash lift can be booked alongside eyebrow lamination or regrowth. However, lash extensions cannot be combined with a lash lift. To ensure availability, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance and discussing your preferences with our team when booking.

Our lash stylists offer Natural, Elegance, Signature & Xtreme extensions. Our Natural lash extensions is one to one technique for a defined and subtle finish. The Elegance (YY) style creates a fan effect for a fuller look. Our Signature set gives a light and fluffy effect, while the Xtreme (mega volume) style delivers a bold, dramatic appearance. During your consultation, your lash stylist will recommend the style that best complements your eye shape and natural lash density, ensuring a look that feels both flattering and comfortable.
