  • Be gentle and try not to sleep on your lashes
  • Use a water-based makeup remover
  • Keep them clean with an extension-friendly cleanser
  • Brush your lashes daily to keep them neat and tidy
  • Go to a sauna, facial or swim for the first 48 hours
  • Rub your eyes or pick your lashes
  • Use oil based products around the eyes
  • Apply waterproof mascara or use a lash curler
  • Attempt to remove any lashes on your own
